From my Heart to Yours

Healing and the sacred have always lived close to my heart.   All the women in my mother’s lineage were healers. From a very young age, I was immersed in their world, watching my mother and grandmother work with energy, plants, and prayer. What felt like play at the time became the foundation of my path.

As my own journey unfolded, I walked through experiences of trauma and deep anxiety that became initiations into healing. In search of peace and understanding, I explored different modalities: energy work, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and plant medicine, discovering tools that guided me back to myself. I found practices that transformed me in ways I could never have imagined. And today, I share them with the world.

My intention is to hold space for your deep reconnection with your body, your spirit, and your truth, to guide you gently into presence and expansion, and to help you feel deeply seen, held, and free.

I find deep joy in communing with the elements of the Earth, allowing nature to guide my ceremonies and creations. Through my tea brand, TeaGood, I explore the multidimensional healing power of plants, inviting others to slow down, listen deeply, and remember their innate connection to the Earth and themselves.

Soluna Rituals is my sacred offering to the world, a space to soften, to align, to expand. A return home to yourself.
